Delete your data

1. Email support@prufi.io from the address you use to sign in, with the subject “Delete my Prufi account” and your handle.
2. We confirm the request within 3 business days.
3. Within 30 days we permanently delete your profile, Drops, Instagram connection and access token, delivery logs, and Drop page analytics, and send you a confirmation.

Your public Drop pages stop working as soon as deletion starts.

You can revoke Prufi’s access to your Instagram account at any time, without emailing us:

1. Open Instagram and go to your profile.
2. Tap Settings and activity → Website permissions → Apps and websites.
3. Select Prufi and tap Remove.

Prufi immediately loses the ability to read comments or send messages for that account. To also erase the data we already hold, send the deletion request above.

If you commented on a creator’s post and received a Drop, Prufi may hold your Instagram username, your comment, and a record of the delivery.

1. Email support@prufi.io with the subject “Delete my data” and your Instagram username.
2. We may ask you to confirm the request by sending us a message from that Instagram account, so nobody can delete someone else’s data.
3. Within 30 days we delete every comment and delivery record tied to that account, across all creators.

We keep only what the law requires, such as records of payments and tax documents once paid plans exist, and a minimal log that a deletion request was completed. Encrypted backups roll off automatically on their normal schedule.
